Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At KL Wellness & Metabolic Health, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. We ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with adequate notice so we can offer that time to another patient in need of care.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through the booking system or by contacting the practice at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $75.00.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment and does not provide advance notice.
Missed appointments may be subject to a no-show fee of $75.00 charged to the card on file.
Card on File
A valid card on file may be required to schedule services. By booking an appointment, patients agree that applicable late cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to the card on file in accordance with this policy.
Membership Patients
Patients enrolled in the membership program are still expected to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Membership fees are recurring and nonrefundable once billed. Late cancellation and no-show policies still apply to reserved appointment times.
Pay-Per-Visit Patients
Patients booking one-time consultations or follow-up visits are responsible for providing at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation or no-show fee.
Latisse / Lash Growth Consults and Follow-Ups
Consultations and follow-up visits for lash growth treatment are also subject to this cancellation and no-show policy. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient, missed or late-canceled appointments may result in a fee.
Exceptions
Fees may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in limited circumstances, including certain emergencies or unexpected events, at the sole discretion of the practice.
Refund Policy
Fees for completed services are nonrefundable. Charges related to missed appointments, late cancellations, or reserved appointment times are subject to this policy.
