The $99 clinical fee includes your initial virtual assessment and processing for your starting prescriptions. Further $99 administrative fees occur only when renewal prescriptions are issued. Please note that pharmacy charges are independent.
Routine Check-up – $149
Periodic follow-up appointments are scheduled to monitor your progress and safety. While most are bi-annual, some care plans require more frequent review.

All medications are delivered using professional cold-chain shipping to maintain strict pharmaceutical quality and safety. FSA/HSA funds may be used to cover medication costs and are paid directly to the pharmacy.
Vials are frequently sufficient for over 30 days of treatment based on your unique script. Both liquid and oral alternatives are available through for FDA-approved medication. KL Wellness & Metabolic Health does not manage insurance paperwork. We do not send prior authorizations as we are cash based. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and may be an alternative for individualized patient needs.
